"Had to wait forever"
The bus was late again, and after work that kind of thing is just really frustrating. I was already tired, so waiting around like that was annoying.

The car didn’t feel clean when I got in. There was a weird smell, and I noticed crumbs and hair on the seats, which was off-putting. I was also a bit confused because the email made it sound like everything would be checked and ready, but that definitely wasn’t the case. Not really okay for a ride

Once again, it showed up late with no heads up at all. At this point, I kind of had a gut feeling it was going to happen, but it’s still frustrating when there’s no communication.

Not really sure what happened, but my card was charged and the booking just never showed up. I tried reaching out to support, but they weren’t much help, so now I’m just stuck trying to figure it out.

"Navigation was all over the place"
I don’t think I was being picky here, but the app’s directions were seriously off. It kept sending us toward random turns and somehow missed the pickup spot completely. Even the driver seemed confused, so I ended up pulling up Google Maps myself just to figure it out. For what I paid, I feel like expecting the navigation to work isn’t asking too much. it was more stressful than it should’ve been.

"Not booking with them again"
I tried rideboreal once, I think it was sometime last spring or maybe early summer, and that was enough for me. The whole experience just felt kind of disorganized and more stressful than it needed to be. It wasn’t worth the hassle, and I wouldn’t book with them again. There are definitely better options out there

"Not worth losing comfort over"
I booked through rideboreal.com last week, i wish I had picked a different option. The ride felt uncomfortable almost right away, the seat was hard, kind of narrow, and after about 20 minutes my back was already starting to ache.

There was hardly any leg room, and every little bump in the road seemed to come straight through the seat. I kept thinking I should’ve spent my money on a ride where I wouldn’t end up losing the chance to actually relax or rest a bit.

The driver was totally fine, so no issue there, but comfort-wise it just didn’t work for me. I got off sore, irritated, and feeling like it wasn’t worth it. I definitely wouldn’t book again for a longer trip.

Maybe I was already a little stressed and in a rush, but the driver came across as really rude. I get that everyone has off days, and I don’t want to make a huge deal out of it, but the whole experience felt unprofessional.

"The pricing really needs to be clearer"
At first, the price looked reasonable, so I thought everything was fine. Then extra fees started popping up later, and I was just like, make it make sense. If those charges are part of the total, they should be shown upfront because it felt confusing and a little misleading.

"Car was beat up"
The car was in rough shape. It felt old, the inside wasn’t very clean, and the seats had stains. There was also this weird smell that made the ride uncomfortable. On top of that, the brakes were making noises, which didn’t feel great. I get that cars don’t have to be perfect, but for a paid ride, this just wasn’t really ok.

"Decent stay for our group"
Overall, it worked out okay for our group. The staff was friendly and helped us out whenever we asked, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean enough, but they did feel a bit cramped with everyone’s stuff and not quite as comfortable as we’d hoped. Still, for a short stay, it got the job done and the helpful staff made things easier.

"The ride itself was fine, but the dropoff..."
The ride itself was fine, but the dropoff spot wasn’t where I thought it would be. I ended up having to walk a few blocks with my bags, which was annoying. The driver said it was the closest stop the system would allow, and that just made it more frustrating. I’m really tired of these automated setups deciding what’s “close enough” when they’re not the ones dragging luggage around. Probably wouldn’t use it again if I had bags with me.

"Honestly, how is this okay?"
I took this ride at night and genuinely felt unsafe the whole time. I kept thinking, how is this okay? It just didn’t feel like there was enough care or security for someone riding after dark.

So... I sent two messages about my booking and didn’t hear anything back for days. It was really frustrating and made it feel like no one was actually checking support.

"Felt overpriced to me"
I felt like I paid way too much for what I got. The ride itself was fine, I guess, but nothing about the experience really stood out or made it feel worth the price. For what they charge, I personally expected better service. I probably wouldn’t use rideboreal.com again unless the prices came down quite a bit.

The pickup was a bit of a hassle. The spot wasn’t close at all, and it was hard to figure out where to go, especially since the email made it sound like it was somewhere else. I ended up walking way too much with my bags, which was frustrating.

"Tough to use with accessibility tools"
I tried booking a ride on rideboreal.com, but the site was frustrating for me. A few buttons didn’t come through properly with my screen reader, and the contrast on some pages made it harder to see what I was doing.

The actual ride service might be fine, but the website needs accessibility improvements. I also reached out for help and got what felt like a copy-paste support reply, which didn’t really solve anything, so I ended up asking someone else to help me finish the booking. Hope they take this seriously and fix it soon...
